Before rolling to a site, we confirm inventory, label harnesses, and stage fasteners. On arrival, we run line checks, mount gear, and capture photos for the service record.

- Firmware: latest image on tools and devices
- Labeling: harness tags for sensors and relays
- Power: confirm available circuits and grounding
- Docs: capture before/after photos for the log
